The webinar will focus on how to successfully lead your teams and organizations when you’re sandwiched in the middle of external policies and how they affect your employees.  Companies face this everyday. From rising healthcare costs, to increased inflation and insurance expenses, to the changing technological environment, today’s leaders need to effectively manage multiple demands while maintaining strong company culture.
We will talk about what to do when you are sandwiched in the proverbial middle, and how to use relational leadership principles to resolve a crisis while building trust and rapport in the process.
